So the ones I created two days ago were for my sales ads for physical books -- if you do the settings right, Facebook will test your videos/images against your text for you, you just need to fill in the buckets, so to speak.
Ever since I had to reboot my Facebook in June though (After them taking my original one down in May :( ) -- I used AI for everything, all the vids, all the copy, evvvverryyything (I was redoing too much work at once to do otherwise!) and it's been going great, with an ROAS of 1.8-2 on every campaign.
(This only works though because the books are good, the covers convert, etc etc etc -- I don't think AI magic and FB algos could push a book that didn't follow through on its branding promise.)
Did you test a variety of copy and images to try to find the one that worked best?
